About Me

Living With Tendonitis

I've been living with shoulder tendonitis for almost three years now. My medical issues began as a job-related repetitive motion injury, and it's something I now deal with on a day-to-day basis. I've learned how to control my symptoms and flare-ups, and I attribute this to an excellent physical therapist. My therapist has taught me some helpful shoulder exercises that have strengthened the tendons and restored my range of motion. These techniques, coupled with heat and massage, are a key element to living pain free. If you suffer from tendonitis, it's important to seek professional medical advice and take action now. It's helped me enjoy a better quality of life, and I'm confident it will help you as well.
